This residential project is conceived as a grand architectural sculpture that thoughtfully integrates with the surrounding topography and natural landscape. The residence unfolds across two levels, maximizing views toward the garden and mountainous backdrop while shielding itself from the urban environment through a restrained and monumentally proportioned entrance façade.
The architectural composition is defined by a linear layout that embraces the garden, connecting social, private, and leisure areas through expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing that dissolves the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The material palette—featuring natural stone, wood, and glass—lends warmth and timeless elegance, while the interior design details enhance the experience of inhabiting a contemporary, comfortable, and character-filled space.
The spiral staircase and the double-height social area serve as sculptural elements that bring dynamism to the interior journey, crafting an architectural experience that celebrates openness, natural light, and visual connectivity with the surrounding landscape.
