AY 167 explores the balance between monumentality and warmth through a sober volumetric composition and the use of natural materials. The main façade, clad in travertine marble, stands as a solid threshold framing the entrance, giving hierarchy and character to the building. This gesture contrasts with the transparency of the rear volume, where large windows connect the interior social spaces with the garden.
The interior design follows the concept of openness and spatial continuity, integrating the double-height library and social area, creating a bright and dynamic atmosphere. Elements such as wood, steel, and greenery reinforce the dialogue between nature and architecture, offering a living experience that balances privacy, openness, and connection to the surrounding environment.
